We started over a decade ago in self defense classes that turned into mma striking classes. We added strength training then Brazilian jiujitsu. Well it’s starting to get serious. Thank you for trusting me on your journey and letting me share some cool stuff I learned along the way🙏 One day you’ll look back and realize it wasn’t about the belts, it was all the little things. The little things add up & one day you’re not so lost anymore you have a direction you have “ your move” spots you can make things happen.

Then you watch the newbie and realize you’ve come along way.✨🍀🙏

Knockout power with these 2 @bulletpulley workouts. These helped me become a World Champion knockout artist.

These moves were a must in my strength & conditioning training.

The cable oblique high & low twist helps strengthen your rotational power throughout your trunk to generate knockout power.

Here I lock out my arms to ensure just my upper body is being loaded thru the movement.

I do both sides of the body and for full body, twist pivoting my rear foot to engage my hips for maximum rotation and hip strengthening.
