China has completely ruined my perception of distance. 😂🇨🇳

Changchun → Beijing: around 850 km in just 3h40. 🚄

China has the world’s largest high-speed rail network, connecting hundreds of cities with trains regularly running at 300–350 km/h. What would be a full travel day somewhere else can genuinely feel like a normal morning commute here.

Fast, comfortable, ridiculously convenient — and still one of my favourite things about living in China.

Would you choose this over flying? ✈️🚄
