It’s pretty epic when last minute plans and a few like minded individuals align. Just wrapped up a strike mission to this tidal rapid anomaly. Respect to the kayakers…This thing was a lot gnarlier than we thought it would be. The wipe outs, whirlpools, and rinsing through the back were savage, and actually riding it was way harder than I expected. So much water and turbulence moving damn fast. Glassy left yesterday thanks to this boat. @liftfoils X with the low motor mount and the 120 Vario. Power up to chase it, power off to surf. I’ve been pretty psyched on how drag free this set up is when off power. New lightweight battery makes a world of difference on the turn feels as well. by @razzyfoils

Getting my father in law foiling for his first time. 70 years old, and he was up in 5 minutes. On a 4’9 @liftfoils Lift5 with the blowfish added for stability. He was psyching. “This thing is incredible” … Pretty amazing to watch the difference and speed of progress, when teaching someone on the right set up. The blowfish collar is so good for learning. by @razzyfoils

Disclaimer…The Lift X has got to be the best and most impressive e-foil on the market. However, I would generally not recommend it for beginners. If you are learning, or want a more user friendly e-foil experience, go get yourself a Lift 5. You can even lean towards a smaller size, and start with a blowfish ad on for stability. Down the line, you could swap out the propulsion for a Lift X motor, and put a lightweight Lift X battery in there. Your Lift 5 will become lighter and more surf-able, with the folding propeller and small low drag motor. All the parts are interchangeable, making this system have countless configurations. If you are seeking the lightest, most nimble, and a wave riding e-foil experience, then go straight for a Lift X. by @razzyfoils

Foil until the wheels fall off. Last light run at the Gorge this week. Loving the turn and glide feels of the @liftfoils 120 Vario, and on a very special 44L board with some @veiasupplies traction. Also my first time riding in sunnies. It’s nice when you’re spending close to an hour up on your board at a time. Wore the @spyoptic Mainline all week for enhanced wave visuals 😎 taken in Columbia River Gorge by @razzyfoils

Test flights on the 4’8 Lift X in my backyard. Went for a little cruise with the stock setup. 150 havoc and low prop mount. Found a boat, surfed its wake de powered for a bit, and cruised around at sunset. This things very cool and impressive. @liftfoils taken in Squamish, British Columbia by @razzyfoils
