Birth VHS vlog 🥹🫶🏽

Birth is 1 million times were intense, raw and magical than I could have ever dreamed. Even after a 7 day stint in Whittington Hospital 😂😅 I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Other thoughts 💭
I expected to cry and for us to be overwhelmed with emotions but we both were at peace, it felt meant to be and like we knew her already.

‘Breastfeeding comes naturally to everyone’ - not true for so many. I lost a litre of blood in delivery and it affected me and my supply for weeks.

Midwives are sent from heaven. Big up the NHS!

Birth partners are everything.

Honoured to have worn true *art* by a South Asian designer I deeply admire. Creating life while wrapped in power and femininity. Nikeen brings the powers of womanhood to life through every silhouette, fabric and intricate attention to detail… 🤎✨
