We See More. ✨

That’s not just this year’s Gala theme—it’s how we show up for our Champions every single day.

We see the potential that deserves to be poured into. We see the moments when a young man just needs someone in his corner. And we see what’s possible when a community decides to believe in Black and brown boys.

If you’ve ever supported THEACADEMY365, this night is for you. If you’ve been looking for a way to get involved, this is your invitation.

Join us on Saturday, December 12, 2026, at Royal Manor in Garfield, NJ for our 7th Annual Black Boy Believers Gala. Come celebrate with us, hear the stories, meet the Champions, and be part of what’s next.

Last year’s gala sold out, so don’t wait to grab your seat.

We can’t wait to see you there.

Watching our Champions show up in new spaces and grab new opportunities will always be a highlight for us here at THEACADEMY365.

A day well spent learning the importance of advocacy and how our voices will always be our strongest skill that we must protect for ourselves, our families, and most importantly, our communities.

Thank you to @dosocialjustice for creating an intentional, impactful experience at this year's Youth Power Summit.

For all the heartbreak, moments like this remind me that every step has been ordered.

I’m honored to receive the Education Award from the NAACP of the Oranges & Maplewood (@orangesmaplewood), home to the first NAACP branch in New Jersey and the third in the nation.

I’m also deeply grateful to be recognized with a citation from the New Jersey Senate.

Over the past seven years, I’ve taken nothing for granted—keeping my head down and staying committed to the work I was called to do.

I’ve honored every promise made to our Champions at THEACADEMY365 and the community.

I remain committed to getting this right for Black Boys everywhere.

The internet loves a trend.

We’re asking you to join a movement.

Become a BlackBoy Believer.

Every day at THEACADEMY365, we’re showing Black boys what’s possible when they have people who believe in them, challenge them, and show up for them consistently.

If you’ve ever smiled at one of our Champions, shared one of our posts, or believed in what we’re building, this is your invitation to take the next step.

Visit our website and make a donation. Whether it’s $10, $25, or more, every dollar helps us create more opportunities, experiences, and support for the young men we serve.

Black boys don’t need more people watching from the sidelines. They need more people who believe.

Become a BlackBboy Believer today! 🖤
