Korean Wawa mustard leaf, possibly a new favourite to eat and cook with!

Blanched, torched and mixed with the stem that has been pickled then doused in a deep smoked mackerel tonnato-esque style sauce and Lovage oil only to be finished with some mustard frills planted by my own hands on my visit to @cinderwoodmarketgarden not too long ago.
