Through it’s ups and very big down, the little wagon has completed its first @lemonsrally. A wonderful time with awesome people. Can’t wait for the next chance I can see my new Uncle @rallymasterjeff by @rby.gts

And that’s 2 years of ownership done for the Cayman, from delivery miles to 22k-ish miles, the car continues to keep me happy. And if Porsche keeps their stance on no more gas 718’s, this car might stay in my hands for quite a while. by @rby.gts

Another loaner! Got this incredibly well spec’d Cayenne while the Cayman was getting another thing done. The red looks incredibly sharp on it, though I don’t think I’d ever personally go red. Long story short, it’s a big SUV but it’s still a Porsche. It makes fun noises, is decently quick (for what it is) and has all the features and amenities I’d expect from a vehicle at this price. The car would regularly burble on downshifts which is quite funny coming from a stock SUV. Interior had a passenger screen, which whilst gimmicky to the moon, was still fun to play with. I did desperately miss my cayman after spending a few days with this car but that’s probably to be expected. Cayman’s back, and hopefully that’s the last of this particular issue (knock on wood). by @rby.gts

What an incredible trip to push this car over 20000 miles (sitting closer to 22k now). Tail of the Dragon was a blast as always, but got to make some incredible new friends, and see some old ones as well. This car continues to impress me, but did have some hiccups along the way, including a check engine light. Otherwise, car drove great and held a boatload of luggage (relative to the Miata at least)
Thanks to everyone that came along, and a special thanks to @preston.rhoades for being an incredible tour guide through the area, it made driving the roads exponentially better than last time. Also, don’t think I got any photos with Mr @torqueless so I’m just gonna @ him here.
As an added bonus to this trip, I got to meet one of the 2 cars that got me into cars, Brian’s Eclipse (the other one is the E39 M5 driven by Clive Owen in the Star). Growing up, I had tons of models of this car, and always wanted to build my own replica one day, but that probably won’t ever happen, still neat to see one of the cars that led me into this terrible terrible hobby :)
