Who knows what to say… or how to say it… sometimes all you can do is be there and listen to each other. All I can say is. I know the feeling. I know how it feels to have such intrusive thoughts of harming oneself. I know the very little thing it took to make me think those thoughts. I also know one day they can go away. I know what it was that broke me free. I will always remember the hands on my shoulders telling me to stay and keep fighting. 🙏🏾

I am very great full for the mothers in my life and my children’s lives. Happy Mothers Day. I’m pretty stoked my B-Day lands on Mother’s Day every so often. Thanks for the B-Day wishes. God bless. taken in Cedar City, Utah by @rc9119
