Lately, I’ve been learning to take better care of myself, and for the first time in a long time, I can actually see the results—not just in how I look, but in how I carry myself.

Every day, I feel myself becoming a little stronger, a little calmer (somehow? lol), and a little more whole. And honestly, there’s something addicting about watching yourself slowly become the person you once needed when you were at your lowest.

I’ve never been this focused on myself before. Maybe because I finally realized that I spent too much time trying to prove my worth to people who were never willing to see it.

So yes, I’m choosing myself now. I’m rebuilding, healing, growing, and becoming better—not for anyone else, but for me.

And to the people who tried to break me?
I’m still here. I’m doing better than ever.
