LIFE IS HARD!
Who ever said it was all supposed to be easy? One thing running teaches us is how to master the ART of Suffering. If you do it long enough eventually you will start to appreciate it. You’ll see that with learning how to suffer comes endurance, discipline, and strength. Come suffer with us tomorrow!!🥲

@fleetfeetsportsdc where it all began. On this day our OG “Iron Man Phil” came out of running retirement to race the @armytenmiler with us. With over over 60 marathons under his belt including many #ultras Phillip still trains rigorously, but maintains his fitness through lower impact activities. Needless to say it meant the world to have him with us that day.
