Thank you all for an incredible week at @rdbsummerschool 😄 It has been a true pleasure to share these past days of hard work, learning, and progress with each of you. Your dedication, focus, and energy have made this course an inspiring experience. Watching your strength, control, and understanding of your body improve class after class has been truly rewarding. I hope you leave this intensive feeling stronger, more aware, and more confident in your movement as dancers. Remember, strength training is not just about muscles — it’s about creating a strong foundation for a long, healthy, and expressive dance career. A very special thank you to @alexander_staeger and @selljnati for your trust and for making everything so easy for me during this intensive week. It has been a true pleasure working with you. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and supported throughout the entire week. Thank you all students for your commitment. Keep training smart, keep dancing with purpose, and I hope to see you again soon! 💪🏻 by @rdbssummerschool
