MY BEST FRIEND IS ENGAGED!!!

We are currently in Missouri where my best friend, Chelsey, moved away from me🤪 a while ago…but it was more than just a fun weekend getaway…

Lilly (her FIANCE now!) and I have been scheming for MONTHS…Keeping this big of a secret from someone you love is SO HARD!

But we did it!!!

Lilly pulled off the BEST surprise proposal!

It helps that Chels bestie (ie ME) is a photographer so we could easily make plans to do a portrait session without being suspicious😂

It was a GORGEOUS night on Lilly’s sisters property and the PERFECT proposal was accomplished!!!

SO HAPPY for them❤️😭❤️

Now it’s time for a Lake day and lots of fun in the sun on this gorgeous weekend!!!!

Pride month may be “over” but we celebrate love like this every single day🤩 I met Matt & Davis when our mutual friend Johnathan introduced us…the MOMENT I met them I instantly felt at home in their presence. The way they love each other should be studied.

When I heard their love story for the first time I was enthralled…from multiple times swiping right, to Matt writing a note to Davis within the first couple of weeks of dating that he knew he would marry him then their proposal I got to capture…  I love just watching them interact…and to be able to capture their Wedding Day was the absolute joy and honor that I don’t think I could even begin to put into words.

Their day was so beautiful. Cooking dinner with their parents for their best friends and family before they got ready.  Getting ready together…in their beautiful custom tailored suits. Being walked down the aisle together by their sweet mothers… Listening to their vows… Drinking wine as the sun set with all of the people that mean the most to them in the world…
To putting together a game of JEOPARDY based on the two of them for everyone to play…and it getting INTENSELY competitive😂
This is what celebrating love is all about…

Does anyone even read captions anymore?!
Half the time I have no idea what to say and I just half ass it, the other half I put in effort and I feel like it makes no difference 😂
Lemme know if you read captions!!!

And if you do, Kristy & Kayla’s engagements were friggin incredible!
We bounced around Downtown Bryan, ended at my favorite park for pictures, got eaten alive by mosquitos and ended the night hanging out at Carneys talking and laughing!

It was SO FUN!!
One, the chemistry between these two🔥
Two, the way they trusted me every step of the way and we made MAGIC
✨
Three, I gained two new friends and that’s what makes my job extra special
🤩

Also keep an eye out for the reel I’m making later of the bts of the first pic…the lengths I go to for a shot knows no bounds 😂🤪😎
