Recently, I turned 40, a milestone that came with laughter, love, reflection, and a few late nights I’ll never forget.

I’ve realized that growing older isn’t about slowing down; it’s about growing wiser, softer, and more intentional. It’s learning to say no when your peace is at stake, to say yes when joy calls your name, and to cherish the people who walk beside you through it all.

As much as I love celebrating, I also want to shine a little light on something we often overlook: our mental health.
We all carry invisible battles, and sometimes a message, a hug, or a shared laugh can make all the difference. Let’s keep taking care of one another — and of ourselves — not just when things are easy, but especially when they’re not.

Qué afortunado he sido durante estos 28 días de tenerte y disfrutarte, no como la empresaria y excelente madre en que te has convertido sino como los “vepdugos”, aquellos pipiolos inquietos y soñadores que siempre fantasearon vivir todo esto juntos.

Ha sido una experiencia increíble la de conocerte más a fondo, ver la niña graciosa y divertida que sigues teniendo en tu corazón, la curiosidad, el interés pero a la vez respeto con que ves todo y, saber que ahora te gusta el picante casi tanto como a mí. 🌶️

Siempre te he querido 💗 y admirado 🫡; y hoy, con más fuerza si cabe, siento que eres uno de mis más grandes referentes de lealtad, amor y humildad.

Gracias por abrirte al disfrute, por seguir siendo mi cómplice, mi conexión a tierra, por esa última conversación a la vuelta de Paris 💖, por seguir atenta a mis inquietudes (PD: te prometo una serenata con la guitarra la próxima vez que nos veamos! 🫠).
