The 5-Minute Warning Trick Every Parent Should Try! β°πŸ˜‚ β€œIT'S TIME TO GO!” How many times do you have to say it before your children actually move? πŸ˜‚ You're ready to leave, but they're still playing, building, drawing or suddenly deciding they need one more minute! πŸ’š PARENTING HACK: THE 5-MINUTE WARNING Instead of suddenly telling your child it's time to stop, try giving them a little warning beforehand. ⏰ β€œFive more minutes, then we're putting our shoes on!” It gives children time to prepare for what's coming next and can make changing activities a little easier. Will it work every time? Probably not! πŸ˜‚ But it's a simple trick worth trying. πŸ’— Save this tip for later and share it with another parent! Does the 5-minute warning work in your house, or does five minutes somehow turn into twenty? πŸ‘‡πŸ˜‚ πŸ’š RdyUp β€” Because parents already have enough to remember. www.rdyup.co.uk #ParentingHacks #ParentingTips #UKParents #MumLife #DadLife #ParentingHumour #ToddlerLife #SchoolRun #FamilyLife #RdyUp by @rdyup4
They will never know about the 11pm list. The form you signed after bedtime. The kit you washed twice. The party bag you bought on the drive home. The "don't worry, I'll sort it" said while you were already sorting it. πŸ•―οΈ They'll remember a warm room. A story. Someone there when they fell asleep. Every little act of love matters. Even the quiet ones. Especially the quiet ones. RdyUp doesn't do the loving, it just takes the remembering off your plate so there's more of you left at the end of the day. Less remembering. More being there. Three kids. Three clubs. Three different postcodes. One car. πŸ˜… Football at 4. Dance at 5. Swimming at 6. And yes, we've absolutely become a taxi company. The driving you can do. It's remembering the kit, the handover, the "wait, who's got her?" That's the bit that wears you down. RdyUp holds it all: schedules, care handovers, shared family to-dos, with everyone who's helping. So the only thing in your head at 4pm is "good luck, have fun." Less remembering. More being there. Send this to your co-driver πŸš• #TaxiParents #BusyParents #MentalLoad #RdyUp #FamilyOrganiser #SchoolRun #FootballParents #DanceMum #SwimmingLessons #WorkingParents by @rdyup4
Your kid won't remember which assembly you missed. They'll remember you asked about the medal. Twice, because you were genuinely impressed. πŸ… 47 things in your head, 7am, and one pair of hands. That's not a you problem β€” that's a system problem. RdyUp holds the list instead: schedules, care handovers and shared to-dos, in one place, with everyone who's helping. Say it once. Then be there. Less remembering. More being there. Save this for a heavy week πŸ“Œ #MentalLoad #BusyParents #ParentingLife #RdyUp #FamilyOrganiser #SchoolRun #WorkingParents #ParentingHumor #SharedParenting #FamilyLife by @rdyup4
