Spot the dancer!
For a dancers, living new things, life experiences, and curiosity is important for dance improv. It helps a lot with the creativity when your surrounding is visually pleasing to you, confortable. Like you are what you eat, your dance is what you see.
Today's dance video is a contemporary dance improvisation in my safe spot I found in the forest. Dancing in silence, to the sound of the river, birds passing by once in a while, how can I not be inspired!

Dancing in public in #marrakech 🇲🇦 on the song Thé à la menthe (which is Atay in Morocco!) by La Caution 🫒🌿💃 Did you dance today? It's time! 🫵

I diiid! Even in my country morocco! I'm dancing in the streets of Marrakesh, Morocco, North Africa 🌍📍Just before the sunset falls, with the people walking. At the end, a Demi-circle of spectators was formed, locals & tourist, reunited for a moment of Contemporary dance mixed with Moroccan Dance 💃 unforgettable for me. #art #videography #dance #morocco by @re.cept

Delicate dance at night, in front of L'Bab El Had, in Rabat, Maghreb, North Africa. Feeling decades of Moroccan History & expertises , in my body for a 30 sec dance. I'm dancing an Insitu contemporary dance , mixed with Moroccan dance. It felt amazing, but Did you dance today? 🫵🧑‍🩰 #dance #dancer #morocco #maroc #maghreb by @re.cept
