My glute growth over the last 3 years while being in a deficit ➡️➡️

I hear a lot of women say the same thing…. “I want to lose weight but I don’t want to lose my a$$” and this was my biggest fear also. Knowing I didn’t have the backbone of genetics when it comes to this area, I knew I’d have to put in the work.

I’m glad that I found a love and slight obsession with heavy weights and protein and this has helped my glute shape and growth massively, along with incorporating some running into the program lately.

And I can promise that in a world full of BBL’s, there’s no better feeling than building something with your own two hands (legs?!) and seeing change gradually over time. And it does take time! 🍑 by @re92._

I would choose you both in every lifetime 🖤

People always ask me…what’s your biggest goal right now?
What most people don’t know when they meet me as they see me now, is that I’ve already accomplished my goal and that was to be unrecognisable. To find my new self and make a new life where I was happy and free.
I recently heard someone say… after you experience grief or traumatic events there will be a version of you before, and a version of you after. And you will never go back to the person you were before. It forever changes something in your brain and that person before is gone forever. And in my experience that has turned out to be true.
I have built and created me, for me. On no one else’s terms or to please anyone else. You’re allowed to put yourself first AND be a good mother. You’re allowed to enjoy life again AND have discipline for yourself.

Take the photos, check the scales, do the measurements, check in with yourself and most of all do it for you 🙏🏻

Its also important to acknowledge the people who gave you the tools along the way @coach_amandajane @coachcal_

Respectfully Phil, 35, from Heatley - youre right, we are in different stages of life. I’m having the best decade of a glow up and thriving while you’re trying to locate where your hair and sense of reality went

August was the best by far 💭😴💕🐚🐥 by @re92._

What do you mean it’s been 6 months of changing up the routine 😭🙏🏻

I started giving myself more rest and recovery, eating less, prioritising protein and sticking to a mostly gluten free diet.

I changed my workouts to 2 upper days a week, 2 lower days, and one or two days consisting of a 5-7km run or an incline walk.
I’ve kept my muscle mass relatively the same with only a slight % drop in the last few weeks. I can’t wait to start building more soon 🙏🏻
Cryinggg 😭 that I’m at my lowest weight in around 11 years, before I fell pregnant with Nixon and after losing my mum (the perfect cocktail for extra weight that will take you an eternity to lose again 😏)

Excited to see what the next 6 months looks like 🫶🏻

I was lucky enough to witness two of my closest friends tie the knot over the weekend 🖤 and what a day it was.
My first time to Canberra, a beautiful hotel, limoncellos, meeting new friends, thermals for the first time and some headbangers at the reception 🤘🏻 thank you for letting me share your day with you 🖤 @unbound.00 @kestodd

Special thank you to @mynxbeaute for making me look and feel like a million bucks ❤️‍🔥
