Seamstress Core outfit diary of late, with a few dress-ups sprinkled in for good measure. I love my mahi!

Foldable scissors on a chain (huge upgrade from snips on bias binding). Worn with vintage Miss Crabb.

Enjoying this divine silk from @wearethefabricstore

Snips around neck, cardigan tucked with shirt sleeves, hair tied with shirt neck tie. Ready to lock in for 4 hours of handsewing. This is functional seamstress core styling at its finest.

Successful rework moment of my Mum’s Wedding Dress 🤍

My fave repaired Miss Crabb top, I have owned this for 11 years. Worn with beloved Mina trousers and a Mugwort dyed headscarf.

This bodice from Love James lives in my mind rent free.

Studio updates, and some reflections after being rear-ended by a bus.

The TLDR is ~ it has come to my attention that I am undercharging for my skills in some areas of my practice, so pricing will be increasing for some services.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued support. I love my mahi and would do it for free if I could. However, the capitalism is feeling very late-stage and I have (many) bills to pay. by @re_______studio

Stay tuned for a special try-on video. In a rare turn of events, this gown was roughly my size, so of course I had to take her for a spin to test out my handy-work. by @re_______studio
