Today was one of the best days EVER! I got to meet one of my absolute favorite authors @lisajewelluk !!! Not only is she beautiful and an insanely talented author, but super sweet and took time out to talk and take pictures as well! And even though I have many more of her books, I’m super thankful she signed my 4 favorites! (I didn’t want to bring a whole stack and hold up the line 🤣) by @reading.with.tabitha

🔪REVIEW: I really enjoyed this one! It was such a fast paced and perfect read for spooky season. I absolutely loved the concept of a murderer who left behind notes with clues as to what’s going to happen every day before the main characters murder on a Monday. This one had me guessing until the end as to who was responsible for “mondays” notes and how they came to start doing what they were doing. If you’re looking for a good YA thriller to add to your spooky season TBR, definitely give this one a read!

💀REVIEW: This was my first Jenna Levine novel, even though I own all of her others, and it didn’t disappoint! This was the second grim reaper romance I’ve read this year, and I’m honestly obsessed with them! I loved Lucy’s extra chance to live longer than her death date, being able to be there for her sister in a time she needs her most, all while falling for the man who is to bring her to the after life. This was just done so cute, I loved the romance, family relationships, and the characters themselves. There were parts that made me smile, laugh, but also get a little teary eyed at just how short life is and reflecting on what it means to leave your loved ones behind. I highly recommend putting this one on your TBR ❤️

SYNOPSIS IN COMMENTS

🔪REVIEW: This one started off super strong and intriguing. I mean time travel to figure how who mu*dered one of your best friends? Sign me up! However, after the time jump I started to get a little lost. I feel like it lost the plot a little and had quite a bit of filler in there and the timeline got a little confusing for me. I did enjoy the 90’s throw back, and towards the end started to pick up again and it all wrapped up nicely with a few little twists! What happened to Beth, I definitely didn’t guess and was overall happy with the ending! If you’re looking for a spooky season read, give this one a try 😊
