📖 Life After Loss — Sanjeev Sareen

Some books are read.
Some books are felt.

Life After Loss is one of those books.

Sanjeev Sareen writes about loss not as something we simply “move on” from, but as something that quietly becomes a part of who we are. The book made me pause and think about how differently everyone carries grief—and how healing doesn’t necessarily mean forgetting.

What stayed with me most was the gentle reminder that life can continue after loss, even when it looks completely different than before.

A thoughtful read for anyone who has experienced loss, or anyone trying to understand what it means to live with it. 🤍

Sometimes choosing a hobby is less about having too many options and more about finding the one that stays when everything else gets eliminated.
For me, it was writing. ✍️

A little chaos, a pen, a diary—and somehow, five days of words followed.

This is how I chose to write. 🤍 by @readingowriting

"Let your legacy be your art, not a graveyard of your best ideas." 📖✨

Later, The Coffee Gets Cold by Olivia Woods isn't just a gentle read—it's a direct push to act.

It challenges us to stop wasting time inside our imaginations and start doing the real work to create the life we dream of. A must-read if you need that extra push to start today. by @readingowriting
