Still trying to unlearn the part of me that thinks life has to be chaotic to mean something.

Lately the days have been blending together a little but not in a sad way. In a quiet, safe, nothing to prove kind of way.

And I think I’m actually enjoying it. by @readingwithells

I think people assume choosing not to have children is always certainty.

Sometimes it’s grief.

Not grief for a child but for the future you once imagined so clearly you could almost touch it

Whenever I’m not sure what to read next, I always end up reaching for a Freida McFadden book. She’s the author who got me back into reading, and every single time, I’m hooked. 📚✨

This one might just be one of her BEST yet. I told myself “just one more chapter”… but we all know how that goes. 😂 I read this in one sitting because I literally could not put it down.

That twist? 😱 I did NOT see it coming.

📚✨ Throwing it back to the books my younger self couldn’t get enough of…
• The Smartest Giant in Town
• Holly Webb books!
• The Gruffalo (a classic!)
• The Very Hungry Caterpillar
• SO many Rainbow Magic books 😍
• The Story of the Little Mole Who Knew It Was None of His Business (fun fact: my sister and I were just talking about this today… she’s ordered a copy!)

Nostalgia is real! There’s something truly magical about being completely immersed in a story, whatever age you are 🐛🧚‍♀️
What was your go to read when you were younger? 📖📖

Today I finally finished the ACOTAR series! 📚

As someone who usually flies through books in just a few days, this was such a different kind of read for me—it took me five whole months to make my way through the series. And honestly? I loved slowing down and letting myself stay in this world for longer.

Immersing myself in this fantasy realm and watching (almost 😉) all the characters grow has been such a journey. The character development is definitely one of my favorite things about ACOTAR, and now I fully understand the hype!

Have you read the series? If so, which book was your favorite? 📚💫
