Summary:

Review:
This is another manhwa about school bullying, but what makes it different is how the main character chooses to bully someone out of fear of becoming the next victim. I like how the story explores different perspectives, including those of the victim, the bully, potential victims, and bystanders who choose to remain silent out of fear or because they don't want to get involved. It also shows the lasting effects of bullying and how some bullies manage to escape accountability because of their wealth or power.Overall, it's a short but interesting and thought-provoking read that highlights how fear, silence, and self-preservation can contribute to the cycle of bullying.

When the Plot Becomes Too Uncomfortable: The Villainess Karuna Has Shrunk Manhwa Review

Synopsis:
After ten years of pretending to be the count’s hated daughter, Karuna is ready to escape. However, her plan goes sideways when she gets attacked. In order to save herself, she takes a potion that promises to turn back time. Instead, it transforms Karuna into a child. Things get even weirder when she witnesses a giant wolf transform into Duke Vykeld, and now she must hide out in his isolated manor. After terrorizing nobles for ten years, can Karuna handle being a child again?

Review:
The art is beautiful, and the story initially caught my interest. However, the relationship between the leads feels uncomfortable, especially given the female lead’s youthful appearance. I appreciate that other characters also express their concerns about the pairing. The plot becomes increasingly confusing, particularly when an obsessive female side character kidnaps the male lead, a duke whose status is higher than her father’s. Although this is a fantasy story, the situation feels difficult to believe even within its setting. Ultimately, despite the beautiful artwork, the uncomfortable romance and confusing storyline led me to drop this manhwa.

The effect of the potion was suppose to last for one dream but Regen keeps on entering and appearing in Kaiden's dreams. What will happen to these two?

Review:
This manhwa can political and occasionally confusing, but it’s incredibly intriguing. It constantly keeps you guessing about what truly happened to Ruella and how each character’s hidden layers will unfold. The story highlights that everyone, no matter how noble, intelligent, or admired, has a side that others may never see. It begins with Regen’s innocent crush on Daniel and her hope to meet him in her dreams. But when the dream potion ends up in Kaiden’s hands instead, the tone shifts dramatically. What seems like a romance suddenly spirals into a blend of smut, murder, mystery, and psychological tension. The tonal shift is shocking but engaging. The art is beautiful overall, though there are occasional panels where proportions feel slightly off. Despite that, the story remains deeply captivating and thought-provoking.

Review:
This manhwa has an intriguing setup, and I disliked Rudia’s sister almost immediately, which is a sign of effective villain writing. However, the story’s execution felt messy, and several characters looked so similar that it became confusing to follow. Because of the uneven pacing and unclear visual storytelling, I ended up dropping this manhwa early on.

A Refreshing Perspective: Reviewing Observing Elena Evoy

Summary:
"If you're not my rival, why do I feel this way?" Blessed with both beauty and brains, it was only natural for Johann to be the top student at the Academy — that is, until Elena Evoy appears. To make things worse, she seems completely unfazed by his charms, shattering his self-esteem. So why can't he stop thinking about her?

Review:
This manhwa is refreshing, especially because it’s one of the few manhwa told from the male lead’s perspective. Watching Johann narrate his journey adds depth and uniqueness to the storytelling. At first, Johann views Elena as a rival who keeps outshining him, but as the story unfolds, she becomes the light that frees him from his father’s rigid expectations. I’ll admit the beginning felt slow and a bit boring, but once Johann’s character development kicked in, the story became far more engaging. His emotional growth is one of the strongest elements of this manhwa. By Season 2, both Johann and Elena show significant changes, and their evolving relationship becomes much more compelling. Overall, it’s a warm, thoughtful, character-driven story that rewards patience and becomes quite enjoyable as it progresses.

Confusing Plot and Weak Art: Review of The Tyrant’s Sister

Summary:
If there’s one thing that ruins a good story, it’s a cliché! Handsome prince? Lame. Damsel in distress? Yawn. Knight in shining armor? Depends... How good is he in bed? Wait, HUH?! Well, Yuna Han is out to make sure her sister’s story is anything but a cliché, only now she'll have to live inside of it. And luckily, she plays a fairly minor role. Her only crime is being the main villain's older sister! Can she manage to save both her sister's story AND her own neck before we reach the final page?

Review:
I dropped this manhwa relatively quickly because the storyline was too confusing and the narrative flow felt disjointed. The pacing is messy, and transitions between events lack clarity, making it difficult to understand what’s happening or why. The art style is also unappealing and further contributed to my decision to stop reading.
