chapter 24 🎂

it’s a tuesday, i’m now in my mid 20s… even though i consider mid as 25, and it’s my birthday!! like a crazy person, i chose to work today and i can’t tell if i regret it or not. but i had some yummy hibachi and a cupcake, and overall a good day. now i’m ending it with dancing with the stars! 🤭

overall i had a good year for 23, and am hoping for a better one for 24! i’m grateful for everyone in my life and the sweet people i’ve met on here as well. 🫶

thanks for all the birthday wishes today, and to those who have sent me gifts! i appreciate you all so much, and you’ve made today so special! 🥳✨

✮ ⋆˚｡the legacy by elle kennedy review 𖦹⋆｡°✩

okay i saw a lot of mixed reviews about this one but i really liked it. i thought it was so cute as a wrap up to all the characters and the younger years of their lives. i had thought it would be a little more enmeshed and not four fully separate parts. but i get why it was like that since all four couples are living their lives separately.

i’m sorry but the doll plot killed me. like it was so useless but so them also. and i loveeeee how jamie was incorporated into it all. i do wish i read the briar u series beforehand since there was little sprinkles of those characters and their lives in the book too but it’s nothing i didn’t already know.

i’m def taking a break from the elle kennedy universe now that ive finished the off campus series. this was the perfect way to wrap up this series, and i can’t wait for when i do choose to pick up the rest of the books.

also i thought this beaded bookmark from @shoploverslibrary was perfect to go with this book! since there’s different colors and the series also has different colors to represent each book. you can use code MAY15 on her site to get a matching one with me! 🤭

💭did you read this one? what’re your reviews on it?

₊✩‧₊˚౨ the goal by elle kennedy reviewৎ˚₊✩‧₊

i’m not going to lie guys, this book took me so long to get into and finish. i really did love reading tucker and sabrina’s story. i think i struggled because we all the other books, we’ve met generally all of the characters, or know the casting for some.

overall, i really enjoyed their story. being taken back within the plot of the other books, and reading how much of their relationship transpired behind the scenes. being brought back to beaus death, and the funeral was so sad. and i think it showed more to sabrina and that friendship. understanding sabrina’s character gave a better perspective on who she is and she did grow on me throughout the book.

by the end i really wanted to read more of tucker and sabrina’s established relationship. i also wanted more interactions with the other off campus characters by the end even though the small sprinkles of the briar u characters were cute. i know there’s mixed reviews about the legacy but i am going to read it and see how that one is!

💭have you read this one? what’s your take on their story?

<3 i chuck

even a nor’easter couldn’t stop chuck on tour or any of the new england girlies. of course i had to do a changing of the guards with my kindle, and go from harry to tucker. i’m obsessed with my kindle charm and i feel like it gives the perfect vibe for role model or tate! 🤩

i’m a sucker for concert merch, and even narrowing down to what i got was a difficult choice. but im obsessed with it all!!!! and you know the crew neck went on immediately after purchasing, especially with the weather last night. 🤭

last night i also learned how terrible my camera quality looks. so if anyone has tips for my iphone 17 camera settings pls let me know! 🥹

fall weather means fall nails! 💅🍷♥️

i am obsessed with this color. i saw a tiktok of someone doing it polka dots but with matte top coat and it was so cute, we had to try it. i’m definitely loving this nail color as the weather keeps getting colder. i’m here for everything fall! 🤭

i won’t lie, i had a tough time finding books to match this color. but i also received @thedialpress new book from @authorlylasage around the same time and it matched perfectly! 😻

💭what’s your favorite fall nail color?

kiss all the time, disco occasionally recap! 🕺

i can’t believe it’s already been a week since i saw harry. this was my first harry concert and i already want to go back for more. this was probably my favorite and the best concert i’ve been to. usually with concerts i feel like the artist is always better live, but for him he sounds the same and so good live and recorded. 💋

the merch was so cute. and i feel like we won for the ticket we got for our show. i also of course had to bring the essentials while traveling, my kindle with my harry styles insert and one of my harry bookmarks while finishing my physical read. 🪩

i can’t even say what my favorite song was during the night. everything was just amazing, and i just love harry so much!! 🤭🤩

🍓use code: MAY15 at @digitaldreamsbyhalle for the harry insert!

last day of august, what the heck. 🥺

basically saying bye to summer and what’s a better way to than with the cutest kindle case. this reminds me so much of sally sells seashells and it’s pink, i am obsessed. 🤩

i love everything about summer, especially all the cute shell and beach inspired things i have. now it’s time to get ready for fall which i’m definitely not complaining about either. 🥹🫶
