POSTS STORIES REELS

There are some transactions that only God can do 🤍 This one had many hurdles thrown at us, but God made a way every time!

The reason why we could accomplish this is because we had a team of believers who all worked together to make this happen. Buyers, sellers, lender, and me- it took some hard choices from each person. But we all stayed focus on the shared goal of transferring a home to people it was clearly meant for.

Thank you every person! 🤍 And our amazing title team at @austintitlecompany for treating us and sharing with me that Tiffany Treats now has gluten free cookies!! 🍪 🏡

Congrats to the buyers and the sellers of this wonderful home 🥳

🎓💋👩‍🎓 Sarah Cristina Whetstone,
After countless hours of hands-on experience and extensive research in your chosen field, you have completed your Bachellorette’s Degree in Rock & Roll 🤘
YOU get to marry YOUR rockstar!!!
Over the last 8 1/2 years, you’ve managed to make @dukeofaudio fall madly in love and still be his favorite person after the encore.
Now, you are entering the rarest and most prestigious phase of the journey- Doctor of Museology, PhD.
You’re the person who inspires him, brings him back down to Earth, makes the wild life worth living, and somehow makes the chaos feel like home.
So, here’s to your next era: the tours, the late nights, the backstage passes, the stories we will tell forever, and the love that you share ♥️
Congratulations, soon-to-be, Mrs. Duke! 👰‍♀️
You have officially graduated.
Now go make some history 💋🎸✨

Spent the weekend with these cuties in Round Rock at Kalahari 😃🛝🌺💦 Such a fun staycation! @kalahariresortsroundrock by @reagansansom

Taqueria de Diaz hit the rotation once more as one of the TOP recommendations by local residents
This time- We did @taqueriade10 South Lamar 🌮
📍 [2110 S Lamar Blvd Ste C, Austin, TX 78704]
Compared to the hidden Taqueria de Diaz on Trinity (our first ever Taco Tuesday meet up spot) this location had enough indoor seating and was easier to find with closer parking 👏
We like all those things

Flavors- On point 🔥
The steak was tender & I enjoyed it as much as I did the first go round at the downtown location 👏

Definitely a 10/10 for easy, quick & delicious

Desiree @gooddaysinaustin and I walked and explored Downtown Round Rock @roundrocktexas today getting to know the area and local business owners 🌸
Round Rock is one of the fastest growing areas in the nation and has so much charm! *Especially Main Street* where you can have your commercial business or event venue inside beautiful Victorian estates 🤩 Definitely worth checking out! by @reagansansom

It was a Cuantos Tacos 🌮 Taco Tuesday
The MOST recommended place on our Taco Tuesday journey!Everyone has been suggesting Cuantos anddddddd now we know why 🔥
The tacos are delicious and itty bitty!
Most people ordered 5 haha 😆
I ordered two and was definitely taking up offers to try other peoples.. 😋

Best part? The communal quesadilla
That’s right..
The quesadilla was so good everyone passed it around to see for themselves 😆 We hit #fam status

Cuantos Tacos 📍
[1108 E 12th St, Austin, TX 78702]

Once again, we were Michelin Star food truckin’ it!
Surprisingly, we weren’t sweating thanks to the great amount of tree coverage and the breeze. It was 💯 degrees outside 🥵

❌ - Last note: Cuantos ran out of food shortly after we ordered!! You gotta get there before they sell out for the day! We were lucky to get our orders in just in time. The last clip shows a big X across the menu 💔😳

This weeks crew:
@ianhotterthanfire Luxury Real Estate🔥 Ian made the Cuantos suggestion this week 10/10

Our family trip lined up with two of my very good friend’s trips. We were all able to see each other in Port Aransas 🙏🩵 so special. I was even able to see my friend’s sweet sweet momma, @artistkarendellinger , who works as a realtor at Cinnamon Shore @cinnamonshorerealty 🥹 SO many hugs!!
The family time, the beach, the aquarium and all the fun in the sun 🌞- I couldn’t have dreamt up a better week 😌💭 #portaransas #txbeach #texassummer by @reagansansom

This week, it was Taiwanese Taco Tuesday 😍😍
Shout out to @aaronsellsaustin for THE BEST Asian taco rec ❤️‍🔥 🌮 🔥 @steamies_dumplings serves up the absolute most delicious barbacoa taco on a crispy scallion pancake 🤤 #omg Typing that makes me want to order another one..
⭐️ This taco has been my FAVORITE of all the tacos we have tried so far 🥹 I loved it so much, but can’t wait for next week’s taco adventure.
