You’ll never feel 100% ready, start anyway!

Try the thing. Surround yourself with people who push you to be better, and don’t let a setback convince you to stop. Everyone you look up to started somewhere, we promise you that!

I got the opportunity to check out Edmonton’s newest recovery spa @elementalrecoveryspa

From the contrast therapy and warm pool, to the sauna, facials, charcuterie boards, and calming atmosphere… Every detail felt so intentional.

As someone who trains hard and is constantly on the go, this felt like a full reset for my body and nervous system. The cold plunge humbled me REAL quick, but we’re working on it 😂

If you’ve been needing a sign to slow down, recover, and take care of yourself a little more… this is it. 🤍
