Building my dreams 🦺♥️ - B.S. in Civil Engineering

I’m from Bridgeton, New Jersey, one of the poorest cities in the state, but home to some of the funniest, most resilient, and hardest working people I know. This one’s for yall ♥️

As a first-generation high school and college graduate, and the youngest of 10 siblings, this moment means everything. Through every challenge, setback, late night, and sacrifice, I stayed committed to my purpose. To everyone who supported me, encouraged me, and believed in me, thank you!!!! Thank you Mommy!!♥️ And thank you @kyrieirving !!

The degree is earned. I can’t wait to play with dirt🥳

Some things from my time at HU:
-Howard University Alternative Spring Break Participant (2023-2025)
-Sister of Phi Sigma Rho National Sorority (Fall 2023-Present)
-Member of The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS)
-Whiting-Turner Intern (2024-2026)
-Full-Time Offer with Whiting-Turner
-Officer Candidate, Army National Guard
-WOW Wheelz STEAM Instructor
-Volunteer with countless community organizations
-Marched in numerous protests for causes I believe in

Jordan Year!! March 14th🥳
Happy Birthday to me!!❤️ I wanted to do something I’ll remember for my 23rd birthday, so on March 7th, I jumped out of a plane.
Being 22 was a year of extreme highs and some devastating lows. But those lows taught me something important: life is way too short not to live it to the fullest. I also reminded myself that I’m capable of way more than I think.
If you’ve ever thought about doing something that scares you… shiii, this is your sign. Do it. Live a little.
Shoutout to the amazing team at Skydive Orange for making this experience unforgettable. They offer tandem skydives with professional instructors and photo/video packages so you can relive every second.
Here’s to 23, be good to me !!#march14th
