Levi’s World 🧡
Baby boy has officially hit the stage where if he’s not feeling it he will let you know…and if he’s not feeling it, I’m not either. lol We came fully prepared to head out if it wasn’t family friendly or overstimulating. Stayed for 30 minutes and went to Maria’s Empanadas (10/10) and the museum (10/10) instead. The museum wins every time. Really out here doing life with my little toddler! A couple of months ago a friend shared some kind words with me and I said “Thank you. I’m trying my best” and they said “You’re not trying…YOU’RE DOING” And you know what? Hell yeah! Starting my life over at 38 has been hard to process. This has been the toughest chapter yet. But at the same time, the happiest moment of my life because of the profound love I have for my baby boy. Motherhood truly fills my cup and brings me so much joy. Holding space for grief and joy is confusing. Most days I’m just at a loss for words and feel blindsided by how quickly life can change. And through it all I’m still grateful for the many ways God continues to bless us. I’m grateful for the friends who love me and Levi like family and have held space for the version of me who doesn’t have much to give right now. My heart is heavy, but I still pray and have faith that God will restore everything that I lost and multiply what was taken. Make me better. Help me respond with love. God please protect me and my son and fill our home with peace, love and joy in the years to come. 🙏🏽 by @real_killakammm
