One of the most powerful lessons Clint Bruce learned as a Navy SEAL came from a simple statement:
"The reward for excellence is no punishment. I'm not here to be excellent. I'm here to be elite."

The people who achieve extraordinary results aren't necessarily more talented. They simply refuse to become comfortable after success.

They stay curious, keep learning, and continue improving long after everyone else has stopped.

The question is: Are you chasing excellence, or are you pursuing something greater?

Mile 1.6 of the @carrytheload ruck march, rucking alongside @petermbaez of @jpmorganchase, who’s carrying for his uncles who served on both sides of his family and for his son, now wearing the uniform with ASU ROTC. Three generations under one ruck.

Big shout to @realclintbruce , who co-founded CTL and joined us for @leading2win last year.
Thanks to @jpmorganchase for showing up for this mission year after year.
After the ruck march, I’m look forward to my conversation with @stevestanulis on @bulletprooftruecrimepodcast . Real talk on leadership, service, and what it means to keep showing up. Stay tuned.

We carry so others don’t have to.
