Super overwhelmed with Love🤍 🎬 #commercialco

Story time: Got off a 10 hour flight from Ghana, made it in close to midnight, randomly woke up at 3am about an urgent opportunity. Nerves immediately kicked in, not to mention, call time was 8am (if I can remember), no script for me to prepare until I got on set. I just showed up..But God! Just a reminder that when preparation meets opportunity, show up & be ready💪🏽 God has placed me in many rooms I would’ve never imagined & this set was a straight master class! What are the odds the character name was “Courtney”? 🙏🏾Habakkuk 2:3

Thru the Eyes of a Hustler’s Daughter has officially wrapped 💫🎬 Leading a feature, shooting and based in Baltimore was not on my bingo card…but God🙏🏾 As artist we feign for challenging roles that stretch us and I am grateful to be chosen to tell such a dynamic story. This role was the most vulnerable, emotional, intensifying, and captivating character I had to step into thus far! You just had to be there to feel the energy in the space‼️Who would’ve known I would be telling a story so similar to my own while also healing my inner child throughout the process ⭐️🥹🎬

Thank you @shontel_greene for trusting me to lead your first produced feature and for welcoming me wholeheartedly while in Baltimore.
