PERFECT first home just closed for a fantastic military client 🏡

Moving to the area for his military move, my client was looking for a move in ready, low maintenance, spacious house to secure his first ever home purchase. This one checked all the boxes - and with negotiated seller credits - we were able to get him moved in for under $2500 out of pocket… let’s go!! That’s #Gritty!

🏡 **CLOSED!** 🎉

So excited to represent a first-time Air Force homebuyer on the purchase of his new home at 870 Van Dyke! 🇺🇸✈️

We found an amazing home in a great neighborhood, negotiated $5,000 off the asking price and secured **$10,000 in seller credits—talk about a great deal! 💰🔥

Even better? This corner-lot home is set up to be a smart investment. By renting out the extra rooms, my buyer can offset a significant portion of his mortgage and potentially live for almost free while building equity. 📈🏠

Helping military members turn their VA benefits into real estate investments is one of my favorite parts of this business. Congrats to my buyer—well deserved! 🇺🇸

Thinking about buying your first home or using real estate to build wealth? Let’s talk. Stay #Gritty

Stoked for my first time buyer landing a perfect spot around the corner from Eglin. These are my favorite kinds of clients! Young & hungry to learn about real estate and how to grow their net worth. He plans to rent rooms out to other young Air Force officers to help pay off his mortgage and say even more money for his next purchase - let’s go!! 💪🔥

Just sold!! ✅

Represented the seller on this beautiful short term rental in Destin. So many units in this complex are sitting, but I helped the seller get this one sold with a marketing strategy that helped differentiate it from the other units.

The condo market has been TOUGH for the last couple years, so you have to ensure you buy right and maintain your property well to retain value. More and more have been spooked over increased insurance costs, potential building issues, and HOAs. Increases the need to do your due diligence correctly when purchasing!

Closed on 1000 John Wayne Circle, Fort Walton Beach, FL 🔑✨

Nothing beats handing over the keys to a first-time homebuyer — especially when they walk away with a killer deal AND a $1300 check back at closing 💰🙌

That’s right… keys in hand and money in their pocket. Feels like a free house! 🏡🔥

Helping dreams turn into reality is what it’s all about. Who’s next? #STAYGRITTY

Sold ✔️ 6464 Starfish Cove. Represented the sellers and got this one closed in a tough market—quickly, and right through the holidays. Strong execution, smooth closing, and now my sellers get to take their profit and roll it into their next investment. On to the next.

Today’s closing = a big win. 🏆

197 Country Club Rd in Shalimar is officially sold. I represented the buyers and negotiated enough in seller closing credits that they actually walked away with money back at closing.

Buying a home for less than $0 isn’t something you see every day.

Huge congrats to my buyers on an incredible deal!!
