I just interviewed Kelly Pleasant, founder of Pleasant Real Estate Group here in Sacramento, California, and I walked away with some powerful lessons about real estate, business, and discipline. 💯

One major lesson: REAL ESTATE IS NOT A GET-RICH-QUICK GAME. Even in an oversaturated industry, there’s still room for people who are willing to put in the work. You have to bring the same discipline you would to a regular job and sometimes even more. Success won’t be handed to you, and it definitely won’t happen overnight.

My little guy carries my name and he’s also the reason I work as hard as I do. My love, my greatest blessing; the memories we’ll make together will always be worth more than anything money can buy. My own journey taught me all we have is photos and memories at the end of the day.
