Mary “Patti” Fenton
September 8, 1946 – October 1, 2026

My mom passed away peacefully this week, Thursday October 1st at the age of 80.

Patti was incredibly strong, resilient, and deeply devoted to her family. She loved her children and grandchildren fiercely, and Oliver, Finn, and Teddy brought her so much joy. I’m incredibly grateful they were able to know how much their Grandma loved them.

It’s difficult to put a lifetime with someone you love into a few words. I’ll miss her stories, her personality, her strength, her love for our family, and simply knowing she was there.

She will be missed tremendously, but I’m deeply grateful for the memories, the lessons, and the love she gave all of us.

Apparently, our baby wanted to be born on the the day of the World Cup final instead of August 5th! So on the day that Spain gets crowned 2026 FIFA World Cup champions, we will be welcoming our third baby boy Teddy Boone Beckham Fenton! by @realestaterobco

On Monday, May 11, my heart was strategically stopped for more than 80 minutes while an incredible surgical team repaired the aneurysms that had been identified through earlier testing.

That is a sentence I still can’t believe I’m writing.

But today, I’m home. I’m healing. I’m walking. I’m recovering. And most importantly, I’m here.

I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the love, prayers, messages, meals, check-ins, encouragement, and support that have surrounded me and my family through this entire journey.

To my friends, family, clients, colleagues, and this amazing community, THANK YOU! Your support carried us through one of the scariest chapters of our lives.

I truly believe I am where I am today because of God’s grace, an incredible medical team, and the love of the people around me.

Now the next chapter begins: healing, rebuilding, getting stronger, and never taking a single day for granted.

Well… apparently my heart decided to request a remodel.

This imaging helped identify aneurysms and coronary issues that need to be addressed, so I’ll be heading into a double bypass/CABG procedure soon. I’m grateful this was caught, grateful for my doctors, and beyond thankful for my family and friends.

💔 Cath Lab visit -3;
Here is the image where you can see the two aneurysms and a slight blockage from the Cath Lab visit. You can see below the interpretation from the cardiologist as well. Feel free to run it through your favorite AI of choice! Post-Procedure Dx:
1. Patent left main, nonobstructive disease involving left circumflex and
RCA.
2. Significant disease involving proximal to mid LAD and diagonal
including large coronary aneurysms.
3. Normal LVEDP with no significant transaortic valvular gradient.
4. TR band hemostasis right radial artery access site.

Recommendations;
1. Given his coronary anatomy including significant aneurysmal changes
involving both LAD and diagonal, no ad hoc intervention was considered and
will be referred for surgical opinion.
2. Meanwhile, appropriate to maximize medical therapy including
antiplatelet regimen.
3. TR band removal and further monitoring in PACU prior to discharge.
4. Outpatient cardiovascular follow-up with APP James Dillingham as
planned.
5. Angiographic findings and further management plans were reviewed with
patient and family. by @realestaterobco
