We warmly welcome Kristin McIntyre to our Luxury Division and The Collective. With a background spanning fashion, beauty and design, Kristin brings a distinctly creative perspective to real estate—shaped by an eye for presentation and a human approach to service. We sat down with Kristin to talk about creativity, representation and what comes next. How has your creative background shaped the way you see and present a home? “Before I ever wrote an offer, I was curating wardrobes, founding a beauty brand, and designing and staging spaces to tell a story. I trained my eye the way you’d style an outfit or set a stage: not just what can be seen, but what it could feel like. Light, texture, the emotional read of a space. That’s what shows up in how I market. Intentional photography. Cohesive aesthetic. Curated, not generic. A home isn’t just square footage. It’s an experience, and I present it like one.” What does exceptional representation look like to you? “It’s showing up fully, not just for the profit, but for the person. My years in corporate customer success taught me people don’t remember the process, they remember how they were treated inside of it. Exceptional representation means listening for what someone actually wants and meeting the weight of that decision with steadiness and honesty. Never a line item in a pipeline. My goal: they feel seen, protected, and celebrated when the deal closes.” What made eXp Luxury and The Collective right for your next chapter? “I was looking for a space that could hold everything I am—not just the transactional side of real estate, but the brand-building, creative vision and community work I’m doing through RealHer State. eXp Luxury and The Collective are built for agents who think bigger than the deal. Room to grow independently, surrounded by people operating at a high level. Less like joining a brokerage, more like stepping into a community aligned with where I’m headed next.” THE ADVISOR EDIT A Collective Editorial | eXp Luxury . . . . #theadvisoredit #luxuryrealtor #luxuryrealestate #globalrealestateadvisor #realtor by @realherstate
New builds on your block = new math on your tax bill. New construction values in Dallas County rose 20% this year. That’s your neighborhood getting “discovered.” Protect your piece of it. The Texas school homestead exemption jumped from $100K to $140K. If you’re 65+ or disabled, it’s $200K. But it only works if it’s on file. Oak Cliff homeowners, Halperin Park’s Homeowner Assistance Program offers FREE help with homestead exemptions, spring tax protests, and resources to keep you in your home. Save this and share it with a neighbor who needs it. #OakCliff #Dallas #PropertyTaxes #Realtor #Home by @realherstate

11 days. People see that number and think it happened fast. What they don’t see is everything that came before it. I met this home when it was just a slab. No walls, no windows, just a builder with a vision and a seller trusting me to bring it home. I watched it go up frame by frame, and the whole time I was thinking about one thing: who is going to walk through this door and know it’s theirs? So when it was time, I staged every room with that buyer in mind. I priced it with intention. I positioned it to move. The goal was under contract in less than 30 days, in a market where homes in Waxahachie are sitting 45 to 60. Day 9, we had an offer. Full asking price, accepted. Day 11, under contract. None of it happens without a builder who brings it. @jrlegacydesignsllc , thank you for building a home that made my job feel easy and for trusting me with it from slab to fab. The craftsmanship spoke for itself. I just made sure everyone heard it. Builders, if you want a partner who’s in it from the very first pour, I’m your girl. De-staging day at 202 Rosa St. My husband and his best friend were my 2 man crew today and we wrapped it up in 3 hours. We get on each other’s nerves but we work great together. I am so incredibly blessed to have a husband who is with all of my shit(s). It’s clear I go beyond the scope of a regular “realtor,” but the Virgo in me wouldn’t have it any other way. I love that my clients entrust me with literally everything. Staged it, sold it, packed it up. On to closing. #stagedtosell #realtorlife #home #teamwork #vlog by @realherstate
What’s good in the neighborhood? As a creative girly, I love finding cool local experiences. And what I’ve learned, especially being an agent and in the know, is that there’s always something to do in Dallas. Here are 5 creative events worth getting dressed for this fall. Late Night at the Museum at the DMA, Día de Muertos downtown, Kips Bay in Turtle Creek and AURORA lighting up the city. Want more? Comment “CULTURE” and I’ll send you my Dallas fall guide. Hosting an event I should know about? Drop it in the comments. Save this and share with your ➕one. I could tell you how I work. Or you could hear it from the people I work with. Buyers and sellers. A builder. My title partner. A future homeowner. Five people who took the time to say something kind, and I don’t take a single word lightly. Thank you for trusting me with the big stuff. Swipe for kind words from some very fine folks. This one was personal. Friends of mine had been searching for their forever home, something small enough to feel like just the two of them, but with enough room to grow into for future grandkids someday. I knew the second we walked through the door that this was it. They felt it too. Saturday we showed it. Monday the offer was submitted and accepted the same day. Two days later, under contract. The numbers backed up what we already knew: Purchase price: $248,500 Appraised value: $265,000 Instant equity at closing: $17,000 Out of pocket at closing: $0, plus a $2,400 refund back to them I love when a home finds the right people this fast. No second guessing, no dragging it out. Just a clear yes from the start, and they walked away with money back in their pocket. This is the work. by @realherstate
