My mom, Monique Gilmore Scott, created her own coloring and activity book called Give You A Break & Create. 🎨❤️

She created it as a way for people to slow down, breathe, be creative, and take a little break from everyday life — to simply Inhale, Exhale & Enjoy.

A lot of people on my page may not have known she created this, so I wanted to share another piece of her creativity with you all.

As a way to honor my mom and continue sharing something she created, I’ve decided to make some of her original coloring and activity books available for purchase. 🕊️❤️

This is more than a book to me. It’s a piece of her creativity, her vision, and her legacy that I’m proud to keep alive.

❤️ NIA ADVENTURES ❤️

I want to share something very special that my mom created. My mom, Monique Gilmore Scott, created her own cartoon called Nia Adventures. 🥹🎨

Nia Adventures follows Nia, a young girl who lives with her grandmother. Nia misses her mom, who has passed away, while her dad is away on deployment. Through Nia’s story, my mom created something centered around family, love, loss, and navigating life while missing the people you love.

I’m extremely proud to share something that came from my mom’s heart and imagination. ❤️

This is Nia Adventures. A piece of my mom’s creativity and a piece of her legacy that I want to keep alive. 🕊️❤️

My heart is shattered as I share that on July 30, 2026, at 2:40 a.m., my beautiful mother, Monique, passed away peacefully after her courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. 🤍

She was my best friend, my greatest role model, and the woman who shaped me into who I am today. I will forever be grateful for her unconditional love, strength, and sacrifices.

While my heart is broken, I find peace knowing she is no longer in pain and has been reunited with my grandma.

Thank you to everyone who has prayed for and supported my family. Please continue to keep us in your prayers during this difficult time.

Rest peacefully, Mommy. I love you forever. Until we meet again. 🕊️🤍 by @realist.jas

Happy Mental Health Awareness Month 💚
The song of today is “Heavy” by Kiana Ledé. This song really helped me through some hard times and reminded me that it’s okay to not always have everything together. Take care of yourself, check on your people, and remember you don’t have to carry everything alone. 🎧✨ by @realist.jas

Monday night in Charlotte was crazy.🔥
Got to see PartyOf2 with Detahjae opening, and the energy in the room was unreal from the second the lights dropped. The whole crowd popped out in full dress code — ties, button-ups, and beret hats — and it felt like we were all part of the same moment. Such a vibe from start to finish. 🎤✨ @partyoftwo by @realist.jas

Last night was everything. Getting to see D Smoke — the Season 1 winner of Rhythm & Flow — on his Wake Up Supa Tour was such an unforgettable experience. The way he performs is different… the energy, the passion, the storytelling. Hearing him switch from English to Spanish so effortlessly, then sit down at the piano and still command the whole room? Truly wild. 🔥🎹

And the openers were just as dope. Jaxs from Season 2 came out and destroyed that stage — the crowd felt every moment. And Ben Kenobe set the tone perfectly with his performance. It was one of those nights that just reminds you why you love live music. 🎤✨ @_officialjaxs @officialbenkenobe @dsmoke7 thank you for a incredible night 🙏🏾❤️ by @realist.jas
