Congratulations to my clients, I wanted to list this house for mid 700,000, based off recent comps. There were a few outlier comps above 800, and they all had swimming pools. They insisted on listing it for $785,000.which I thought was way too much but I agreed to give it my best efforts. Lo and behold, we accepted an offer for $815,000, way above what I thought what we were going to get.
