I cannot make this up‼️ I'm a character >>>>> personality kind of person. Heavy on integrity and principles. I hold myself accountable. I am able to stand correction. I call out my own bs. So I've never been one to deal with or accept any kind of f*ckery for too long. Especially my own. Mindsets matter. 💯

Words literally flow through me all day, every single day. I could be doing anything or be anywhere and they just come to me. Like today... I woke up around 5 a.m. and as I was walking to the bathroom my first thought was "It's your time. Your cup was empty time to fill that sh*t up. Real talk. You were behind now you're in first." Instead of me just going on about my day like I normally would, I said I'ma start writing these poetic thoughts down and share them when I feel like it. No matter how deep or shallow I'ma jot that sh*t down. 🤷🏽‍♀️✍🏽😂💪🏽

I'm super proud of my daughter for bringing the immediate family together for this photo although my mom, sister, and cousin were missing. Family is one of those touchy subjects for me because I haven't always been super close with my family. I haven't always been accepting of my family. I considered myself the black sheep. Most of my relationships business or personal have suffered in a way because I lacked the foundation of family to even understand how to build healthy relationships outside of that. Now I'm learning how to cultivate love within my family and it isn't the easiest task. I've been on the outside looking inside of other families for so long. I used to wonder why I couldn't have those types of family bonds? However, when you're on the inside you see that every family has their own sh*t, their own drama, their own dysfunction. Sometimes you can't see for looking. So it is important that you honor what you've been birthed into no matter what the circumstances are. Life gets messy sometimes and so do family and or relationships. You cannot avoid conflict but, conflict can create space for growth. Growth creates space for expansion. Expansion creates space for ascension, elevation, and evolution. Family is a jewel and should be treasured. No matter what. Sometimes you are born to be the difference. Ya dig!! 💪🏽💜

This makes so much sense to me. Last year I thought I had experienced what "falling in love" felt like. However, the truth is I was in love with how I felt around this person. They were in fact the catalyst that led me back to myself. As a matter of fact when I mentioned this to them it was suggested that perhaps it was just me healing. They took no credit for what I felt. It was true I was growing in love with myself on a different level. I was able to see softness bloom in spaces where my heart was hardened. It was a child-like, pure, untampered feeling that I was not used to. The bitterness became sweet like honey. I was seen, heard, and felt. Everything I was seeking I now wanted to become. The love I had been praying to find me, found me. It was there all along waiting on me to be open and receptive to receiving it 🪞. So whenever I do connect with another divine soul our worlds will merge in alignment and the love we have for ourselves will flow effortlessly as we come together as one. True love leads you back to yourself. Word. Shout out to all the lovers. ♥️

January was the month I truly realized I am in fact the sh*t. Imagine being beautiful, creative, gifted, special, smart your whole life and you never really knew it. While I have always carried myself as if I had it going on. Most of my life I have felt unworthy. Like I wasn't good enough. Like I wasn't doing enough. Like I didn't have enough. I was angry, and for a lot of reasons I was bitter. I didn't like who I faced in the mirror. No matter how well I dressed it. Imagine living a life thinking you're damaged goods. I still have my days but, what really let me know that I was the sh*t was my mindset. The way I do things. The way I see things. The way I feel things. Who I am at the core of my being. I believe I was depressed for more than half my life because I was looking outside myself. I was seeking things outside of myself. I thought I'd find happiness in achievements and accomplishments, and if I didn't accomplish it. If my bank account didn't have x amount of dollars. If I wasn't in a healthy relationship. If I didn't have a friend circle. If I wasn't the perfect mom. If I wasn't close with my family. If I didn't get the house. The car. The career. The business. The status. The popularity. That I was failing. That I was inadequate. That l was behind. I was undermining myself and dimming my own life. Playing it safe. Remaining small. In the background. Silent... for many years but, January was a reminder. It was a month of aha moments. I was miserable because I wasn't living the life that was created for me. I was trying to create a life that looked good but, it didn't feel good. That's the difference. Recognizing, acknowledging, and embracing it all is what really makes me the sh*t. Slow and steady. The rebirth. 💫

This makes sense because I feel you should be whole and complete upon meeting or connecting with someone. This doesn't mean having all your sh*t together. This means you are a whole & complete person with or without. Your character is solid. You are self-aware. You won't let anything compromise your integrity. You have a quality of being humane. Love + respect is the foundation. You are open to being vulnerable. You are able to stand correction. You are accountable for your actions. You don't try to excuse or justify them. You accept and acknowledge your weaknesses as well as your strengths. I also don't feel soul mates have to necessarily be limited to romantic partnerships. It's when you meet people at a spirit level and your souls merge together cultivating a divine love. 💚 by @realityvsactuality

Word to the wise. I've been on this journey since I was 18. I started in church. It wasn't until I reached my 30's that I realized that I was not separate from God and that God dwelled within me. As I learn I teach, so now I'm adamant when I speak to my children about this. They are entitled to their own beliefs. However, it is important for me that they understand the power they possess within. It's important that I remind them to get to know who they are at the core before they give energy to anything outside of themselves. If I leave this Earth today I want them to remember that everything they are seeking is already within them. I want them to always KNOW they are equipped with every tool they need in life. What's that saying? "I was seeking God and found myself. Now that I found myself I see God." Something like that. I'm sure I remixed it but, this is true for me. Also, a little secret no matter the circumstances or how tough times got I, nor my children have ever lacked anything. We may have not had the best of everything but, we lacked nothing. Word to my Muva!!! That's divine. That's God. That's what you call blessed. 💫 by @realityvsactuality

She rewrites it heaux!!! Whole and complete 🗣️🗣️🗣️!! True indeed. I'm whicha when ya right. Aye where is his church at? Because he is preaching the WORDT! Trying to be a "good" girl never worked for me. I had to bust up out of that coffin. I was suffocating for sure. Sprinkle sprinkle. 😉⚰️💫 by @realityvsactuality

Grounding in the grass. Being nurtured by nature. Affirming our existence. Our worlds merge together. Two whole and complete souls becoming one. When I imagine myself with someone this is what I visualize. Divine reflections doing magical things. 💫💚🪄

It's the last day of the calendar year 2025 (9) year of the snake. We leave this year ending major cycles. Letting go. Reflecting. Transforming into our rawest, bravest, truest, most authentic selves. We enter 2026 (1) year of the horse ready for new beginnings. Leadership. More self awareness. 2026 is the year of rebirth. This is the great reset. It's time to be BOLD!!! DIRECT!! Set those intentions loudly and proudly. Plant those seeds and prepare to reap an abundant harvest. It's time to take responsibility for your actions. Move forward. Upward. Onward. Get some rest. Let's regulate our nervous systems. May you all have the bestest year, month, day, moment of your life. We are walking bravely into our future, however we must remain present. Get you some rich friends. Rich in spirit. Rich in soul. Rich at heart. Rich in character. Ya dig!!! Oh don't forget to click the link in the bio and check out my December vlog which is all about appearances. Blessings to all. 🙏🏽

All of this. Oh my yes yes!! I never knew what safety and protection felt like but, one of the best things to happen to me in 2025 is being exposed to this kind of energy. It has inspired me to become the person that I have been seeking for decades. It has inspired me to want to become more compassionate, empathetic, understanding, calm, patient, and level headed. It is helping me to emotionally mature in a way. It inspired me to want to be a loyal, committed, generous, kind, resourceful person/partner. It is helping me to self regulate my nervous system. It helped me to understand my patterns of overthinking. It was a mirror reflecting my higher self. When you meet different calibers of people it teaches you different levels of things that always lead you back to YOURSELF!! It creates space for a renewed way of thinking and being. I've never really been impressed by the whole dating thing. It's cool, however I prefer true intimacy. I prefer real connections. Real conversations. Those moments of shared silence. Those moments of peace during chaos. Inner-G. Into me I see. Soul to soul. Heart to heart. This is my love language. 💙
