You ever look back at your life and barely recognize the man you used to be?

Because I do.

There was a time I had nothing…
No direction. No discipline. No vision.

Now?
I’m building something bigger than me.
A business. A legacy. A life my family can be proud of.

And I’ll tell you this.
It didn’t come from motivation.

It came from showing up when I didn’t feel like it. Doing the work when nobody was watching. Becoming someone I used to make excuses for

Most people want the results…
But they’re not willing to become the person it takes to get them.

This isn’t about roofing.
This isn’t about money.

This is about becoming who you were meant to be.

I did not step on stage just to compete, I did it for myself but also to glorify God with every effort. Win or lose, the true victory lies in honoring Him through my actions and attitude. Every step, every move, every disciplined action, every motivation, every breath is a testament to His strength in me.

"Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." - 1 Corinthians 10:31

The transformation is what continues to give me motivation.

Stop 🛑 telling yourself you will start later. It’s not a good time. Those excuses will not get you to your goals. Time is now.

No more excuses. I can’t should be I CAN!

A power couple isn’t about looking perfect together.

It’s two people who push each other, pray together, grow together, and refuse to let each other settle.

Her strength fuels mine. Mine fuels hers. Together, we level up.

If you are struggling to eat or have an appetite, move some muscle. Walk, cardio, workout.

You must work on your overall health, meal plan exercise, gut health and metabolism with consistency. This is a journey.

Eating this much food and still leaning out is insane to me. But it's working. by @realjohnfranco

4 years clean.

There was a version of me that didn't think he'd see 30. Katie stayed. The work stayed. I stayed.

If you're in the hole right now — keep digging up.

What's the one decision that changed everything for you?
