Hello everybody! Welcome back to 60 Secs w/ SEP🧠For this final cohort intro, I sat down with Alden and Lorin and asked them:• What inspired you to study sport and exercise psychology?• If you could apply one key concept from sport psychology to your own life, what would it be and why?• Where do you see yourself applying sport and exercise psychology in the future?Conversations like these remind us that each journey into this field can be both intentional and personal. I’m a total geek when it comes to mental health, I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to deepen my knowledge in this field. A huge thank you to Dr. Byrd and Dr. Harris for believing in me and accepting me into the Georgia Southern University Sport and Exercise Psychology program. This is such a pivotal step toward fulfilling my childhood dream. I know God has perfectly placed in my heart and here’s to the next chapter! ✨ by @realkaymitch

Grateful to God for His constant guidance. Wow words can’t even express it!! I will never forget all the moments leading up to this year with this team! Being apart of such a great program and family-oriented organization is a blessing! I’m so grateful for Coach Turner and her staff for bringing me in with so much love! I love each player that I got to impact and they have impacted my life dearly! We didn’t care who got the shine, as long as WE WON! We fought hard through it all, and no one can take away the fact that we are CHAMPIONS!! God is the greatest, and I love me some Lady Racer basketball. Thanking God for what’s next because He knows the plan for me🙏😅❤️. by @realkaymitch
