In the early 2000’s Pierre Sernet made a series photographs of using a Japanese Tea Room install called “One”, often referred to as his “Guerrilla Tea”. ⁣ ⁣ Randomly selected guests from a variety of cultural worlds would be invited to share a bowl of tea , then he would perform a traditional tea ceremony within the recontextualized space.⁣ ⁣ We see this as non-dual sub-reality installation, with a spirit to the work that has not been rivaled by any amount of brand dollars or resources.⁣ ⁣ #freshairartists #pierresernet by @reallyfreshair
