In my 20’s my coach told me that I was the most positive, negative person. 😳👀

Meaning I always put out a lot of positive content on mindset and personal development, but I would default back to a victim mentality, blaming and making excuses when I didn’t achieve my desired result. Nothing changed until I stopped explaining my results and started owning all of them. 🎯

Extreme ownership isn’t a mindset quote you put on your wall, you have to live it. It’s the actual decision to realize what the victim mentality partnered with your excuses and actions are truly costing you. Then start taking ownership of your thoughts, actions, disciplines & habits that align with your vision, goals and dreams, then aggressively CLOSE THE GAP!

Nobody’s handing me better timing, and nobody’s building the life I want while I wait around for the right market conditions, new opportunities, or the right mentor/connections. 🤝🏼

So I learn from the wins and the losses, evaluate my actions and decisions and improve daily. I’m still in the game, still building, still raising the standard on myself from where it was yesterday. Winners win. 🏆

Amber and I sat at this table with great friends on the other side until every plate was empty and the wine bottle was dry, no laptop, no phone buzzing with the next deal.

I spend most of my week chasing opportunities, pipelines, the next conversation that could change something. Taking time to be present with loved ones for dinner reminded me why I'm actually building any of it. It's about your community, chosen family and people you get to create and experience life with. The businesses and the income mean nothing if I can't create extraordinary moments for those I love most. I even had a surprise guitarist/singer (@dariosallent ) sing to our table which really enhanced our experience.

Real estate is and has always been the vehicle. Growing up I read a lot of books and followed mentors that always said real estate is the most proven path to wealth & freedom.

Becoming a Realtor and serving folks that wanted to learn how to invest, what to invest in, and how to structure their deals has helped me grow in so many ways. Closing deals is how I fund the businesses, investments, and cash flow I actually want. The transaction is just the vehicle, not the destination.

Real estate investing is not a get rich quick scheme & won't make you an overnight success but if you are willing to stay disciplined long enough, through the up's and down's of each market cycle, statistically you'll become a multi-millionaire. I love the game of real estate investing and no matter what I do for business, my profits will always be dumped into Real estate so I can take advantage of forced appreciation, accelerated depreciation, debt pay down (From tenants) monthly cashflow, and the tax strategies that everyone complains about "The Rich" exploiting.
