Sometimes finding the right home is about taking the time to find the right fit ✨🏡

This one came to me through a referral from an agent outside the area, with a buyer who was relocating from out of state to start a new job in Orange County.
Since he was not familiar with the Southern California market or the different OC neighborhoods, we took the time to explore different areas, communities, and options so he could get a feel for what actually made sense for him. He was fresh out of college and wanted a place that matched his vibe. Something happening, a community he would enjoy being part of, and a location that was centrally connected to everything OC has to offer.

And then we found it at Central Park West in Irvine!

The part I really love about this one? We did not have to settle on the home or the price. We negotiated about $50K below the original list price, and the appraisal came in about $20K higher than what he paid.

There are definitely challenges in this market, but there are also opportunities. Homes are sitting longer, sellers are willing to negotiate, and the right strategy can make a real difference.

For my buyer, it meant finding a place that fit his lifestyle and getting a price he felt good about.
