Blissful rising and good morning, my beloveds! I do hope your Monday is off to a good start and that only gets better. As you go about your day, I challenge you today to be extra mindful of the words you speak -both to yourself and others. Remember that lesson you were taught about staying quiet if you have nothing nice to say? Well, today, put it into practice, even and especially as you speak to yourself. Give yourself love, patience and grace. Then expand that outwards to others. Words have great power. Use them wisely!

Blissful rising, loveys! Happy Monday! I know this is most people's least favorite day of the week, but I personally like it. For me, Mondays represent fresh starts and new opportunities. I love that! Nothing feels as good as a good Monday, so I go out of my way to make them feel great on purpose and encourage others to do the same. That's just one of the little things that makes me happy. What about you? What makes you happy? Would you like to do more of it?
