There are so many days when we don’t want to get up, don't want to show up, and struggle to find the inspiration and belief to keep going, but the only variable that lets you break the cycle is doing hard things: lifting weights, cold plunging, martial arts. The key to an easier life is to do difficult, challenging things intentionally; the comfort zone is where dreams go to die, and depression destroys your mind, and your body breaks and fails you. Safest time in human history to physically be alive but the most challenging time emotionally and psychologically to exist.
