2 years of helping families win ✨

There’s a strategy behind every transaction but the story behind every client is where I find purpose in what I do.

I appreciate the trust y’all place in my service, your support, referrals, kind words. While I’m proud to be part of your journey, you’ve also made a huge impact in mine.

Within my 2nd year I had the honor to help:
- 2 investors sell 4 homes from their portfolios
- A single mom sell her home and purchase a more comfortable one for her kids
- A friend rent his first home and purchase a second home
- 7 families purchase their first home (including my mommy 🥹)
- 4 families rent a house
- countless families get informed and ready for their time to buy

My total sales volume from Dec 2024 to Dec 2025: $3,533,000 💫 taken in Houston, Texas by @realty.princess7

Mamita, lo logramos 🥂

WE BOUGHT MY MOMMY HER FIRST HOUSE WOOOOHOOO 💃🏽💞💓💝🤍💘💗💕🎊

Mi mami hermosa, my #1 motivator, I’m grateful for the strength, wisdom, and empowerment you have instilled into me and my brothers. This is just the beginning of paying you back for life. 💋

Since I was 11, I remember countless nights dreaming up ways to buy my mom a house so she could finally feel stable again. Now at 25 I’m proud to say, mami we did it. LOOK AT GOD!!

Thank you to my favorite, most kind hearted duo, Carrie and Liz @carrieslending @lizhtxlender for the top-tier service per usual. You ladies put the bow on top of all my client relationships 🎀

Thank you @tonytxtitleguy and your team for the outstanding care and attention to detail🌟 by @realty.princess7

Keys to a new beginning 🏡

This prosperous couple had an amazing story to tell and I’m so thankful to have helped their dream come true.

Over $14,000 negotiated in sales price + seller credit, $5,000 in instant equity, and the home checked off everything on their list. 🎊

It’s such an honor when my nail clients become my friends, but it’s my favorite full-circle moment when I get to help them find a home 🤍 taken in Southwest Houston, TX by @realty.princess7
