Recapping my birthday because it filled my cup so much being surrounded by people that I care for so much. It had to make it to my feed unlike the rest of my shenanigans lol. I promised to get better with posting so my friends stop threatening me. And with April coming to an end I didn’t want to forget lol. Happy birthday to me. Yall know I live in my stories lol. Thank you for all the love and well wishes. 😘 love yall FORREAL. And special shoutout to my girls for doing their BIG ONE for my birthday dinner. True framily. It was perfect. Very fitting I bought the next chapter in a restaurant called Mi Vida ( MY LIFE ). Because putting others first for soooo long can’t happen anymore, this time around it’s about me no matter who is there. #fyp #birthdaybehavior #birthdaygirl taken in MI VIDA by @realtyismyreality

We did it! I told 2025 I’m leaving with something and someone in my “Denzel voice” 🤣. Just us and it was beautiful. We’ve been in our newly wedded bliss bubble and I finally wanted to share. Remember when we went for the fight? Oh yeah that wasn’t the best part of the trip. 🤭 I married the best man I know. 🫶🏾. And he was worth the wait. Hoping this new year brings a beautiful love ❤️ to all that desire. Bought the new year in with my husband and best friend and wouldn’t have it any other way. #issawife💍 #truelove #elopementwedding by @realtyismyreality

Day in the life of a real estate girly. My second time to the table in the last 7 days. This one is for our upcoming flip in graduate hospital (south Philly) ifykyk. Then next off to check on the projects nearing the finish line. And finally ended the day doing my favorite parts of the design element. Tile shopping.

Y’all want crazzzzy storytime? Because I have one coming. This almost fell apart at the table. The other side of real estate the gurus won’t tell you about. We usually buy and hold but we flipped this beauty into the hands of first time home buyers. Another closing in the books. Last week’s news. Thanks to our great realtor @janellcarter_realestate and my amazing partner. @mr_monopoly13 We got it over the finish line. Beyoncé owes me nothing as usual. I love my girl to be in an open field in 30 degree weather lol. Chi town did us dirty but owes us nothing. I was sitting this one out but @pepperann1221 threatened me with a good time lol and you know I had to have my sis with me @candypaynt. Thank you Bey for bringing country to the masses. #cowboycarterchicago #cowboycartertour #truecountryfan #blackcowgirl #chicago taken in Chicago, Illinois by @realtyismyreality

So I do some pretty cool activities and I vowed to start sharing more of my shenanigans with you guys 😆. I decided the day before mother’s day to try this. And my friends are always game. I took my bestie @joy2daworld86 to do Puppy 🐶 Yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ for Mother’s Day. PUPPIES + a WORKOUT = COUNT ME IN! I wanted to do something fun and thoughtful and we had a blast and I will def be back @puppiesyogaphiladelphia . And we had a black instructor who was WONDERFUL. A must try put it on your list guys. 🥹🥹 IT WAS SOOOO CUTE. #yoga #fyp #puppyyoga #blackgirlsdoyoga🧘🏽‍♀️ by @realtyismyreality

Been in my private happy bubble. This happened a few weeks ago in our new house we built together. Just us and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Even before our big trip because he was bent on surprising me and if you know me that’s SUPER HARD to do lol. But not harder than he loves me. You’ve over delivered on every promise you’ve made and I absolutely love ❤️ you to pieces. So excited to be your wife 💍🥲🥰. You’ve healed me in ways I didn’t even know I needed. Here’s to a couple of forevers. #engaged💍 #itsafiancée #eternity #partners #husband #wife by @realtyismyreality

So today I did a thing. We closed on our 3rd property in the last 7 months. Which is 🥹 to me. Just adding to the portfolio. I had to sit back and realize I prayed for days like this. Went from the closing table. Right to starting demo immediately afterwards and then to putting the final touches on my latest renovation. When they say But God!!!!!!! this was my only thoughts. #Chainbreaker #realestate #realestateinvestor by @realtyismyreality
