This is 39. ✨

My last year in my thirties, and I’m convinced it’s going to be the best one yet.

I rang in 39 in the slowest, simplest, most meaningful ways, and honestly, I’m taking that as a sign of the direction I’m meant to go.

A slow morning with my family, listening and singing with our boys to Noah Kahan live on Amazon. An early afternoon by the lake, a facial, two quiet hours sitting by the water, a little retail therapy, and dinner at our staple, BLG (iykyk).

And, the most special surprise from my husband: a night surrounded by some of the world’s best humans. The kind of people who make you deeply grateful for the reminder that you are who you surround yourself with. So many laughs, big life moments celebrated together, and a conversation that ended with, “What are three things you want to get out of your 39th year before 40?”

I’m thankful for the kind of people who don’t just celebrate life with you, but keep you accountable to actually living it.

So that’s my intention for 39.

To be present. In my marriage. With our boys. In my career. In the little moments and the big ones with our people.

To stop rushing through today thinking about what’s next.

Because it’s so easy to get caught up in “just getting through it”-what’s for dinner, when the laundry needs to be switched, what needs to get done tomorrow, what the next goal is, what comes next.

But I don’t want to just get through this year.

I want to be in it.

To laugh more. Slow down. Look around. Appreciate exactly where I am, with exactly who I’m with, in that exact moment.

Here’s to 39. To living it with intention, gratitude, and a whole lot more presence. ✨

⚡️Year 8 at JFK with CNDT… and somehow it just keeps getting better.⚡️

Unless you’ve lived it, the Minnesota dance community is impossible to explain. The talent is unreal, but the people are even better.

Getting all 10 of our coaches there together, from the annual coaches’ toe touch contest, to bunk bed suite, Destiny, glizzys, and everything in between, I’m still recovering from the laughs.

Watching our athletes grow while we learn alongside some of the best coaches and instructors around is something I’ll never take for granted. It’s why we gladly trade vacation days for camp week, every single year.

@chanhassenstormdt I’m forever impressed with you and how you show up. Grateful for this team, this community, and everyone who pours into our athletes. We left with full hearts, tired bodies, and our eyes set on some big goals.

Until next year….🤍 by @realynn

There are no words to properly express the love we have for you.
There’s a genuine a love you have in leading the boys the way you do-there’s not a lot I love more than watching you be a Dad, following in your Dads footsteps.
We love and appreciate you more than you’ll ever know, our home🤍

✨In the Air✨

2025-2026 Varsity Jazz

A true labor of love — a concept, a vision, a dream brought to life. This was the dance that challenged them, stretched them, and ultimately unlocked a belief they hadn’t yet seen in themselves.

This piece will always mean more than the 2:15 on the floor. It represents growth, trust, and the courage to chase something bigger than a placement. The belief it sparked within this team and within our program is something we will carry forward.

To everyone who has believed in us from the very beginning — thank you. The spark has been ignited, and this is only the start of our story. 💌

⚡️Season 7 with CNDT⚡️

There are no words that would put justice to the 2025-2026 season.

Year 5 leading this program, has tested and stretched me further than I thought possible and brought joy I never knew I needed. Being a head coach in the state of dance is no easy task, the imposter syndrome creeps in and if you’ve figured it out, you surround yourself with the people that will challenge you, push you and be in your corner for every late night call, text and voice memo of frustration and excitement, because the only people who truly understand are the ones living it-so if you’re one of those people, there are not enough thank yous in the world, thank you for believing in this program, one of my favorite things will always be cheering you on, I’m proud of us.

To my 7 seniors, it seems appropriate it was with the 7 of you for my 7th season and I couldn’t imagine it any other way, you have elevated not only this program but my coaching, thank you for your relentless pursuit, I’ll forever be your biggest fan, I love you and I believe in you.

To my coaches, whether it’s your first year with the program or 10th, its not s secret the high expectations I put on all of you, thank you for loving on this program, believing in these athletes and for all of the laughs that have turned into cries, cries that turned into laughs and the 250+ texts after an hour away from the phone. You make this dream possible. To our CNDT families, you are one of a kind, there’s no place like Chan, thank you for your kindness, your respect, your support and your trust every step of the way.

To @justin_tommy_ryan and my boys, the sacrifices you make to allow my to follow my passion are endless, this isn’t just me, this is us, thank you for just going with it, the extra ‘boys days’ and cheering me on in the hard moments & moments we’ve worked towards since day 1. When our night ended and all of our ‘valleys’ were that Moms teams season was over, yet all of our ‘peaks’ were that we get more family time, it’s not lost on me the balancing act we all take on, love you more than life, thank you for being my why❤️

The story isn’t over yet.

The true MVPs of it all, not only do they support me year round to follow my passion of coaching, they cheer me on as I triple the load in planning our invite annually and then still come support CNDT.

Special shoutout to @justin_tommy_ryan who does the most and remains my number one supporter and best friend through it all🥹🤍

I love them the most, they make me a better person and I would be lost without them. by @realynn

This team. These coaches. This program. ⚡️

After four days at camp—surrounded by incredible programs and inspiring leaders—I’m leaving with a full heart. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Spending this time with our team—who have shown up since day one with determination, heart, and left us in tears more than once. They leaned on each other, pushed past limits, broke barriers, and most importantly, believed in themselves and each other. These moments? Core memories I’ll never take for granted. A beautiful reminder to chase greatness and not take life too seriously along the way.

To my coaching crew: there is no one else I’d rather share a hotel room with (all 6 of us 🤪), cry proud tears with, laugh until we can’t breathe, and challenge one another to be better—for our team and for ourselves. You are the real deal.

And to my coaching peers across the floor—thank you. Your energy, your passion, and your commitment to shaping not only athletes but young humans… it inspires me daily. It’s an honor to be in this space with you. You make this sport better.

Until next time🫶 taken in JFK Camp by @realynn

Because I know how far a personal network can reach🤍

✨ Taking a moment to pause, reflect, and find peace.

After 8 incredible years at C.H. Robinson, my chapter there has come to a close. Like many, I spent much of my adulthood thus far letting my career define my success — holding myself to high expectations, saying “yes” to every opportunity, and pouring my energy into the work and the people around me.

I’m filled with gratitude and pride for the journey — from supporting commercial teams through onboarding, development programs, incentives, and recognition, to being surrounded by truly one-of-a-kind individuals who make those roles thrive. I’ve had the privilege of witnessing some pretty amazing talent in action, and that energy has left a lasting impression.

Logistics may have started as an unfamiliar world (“Temp controlled what?!”), an extra thank you, to those of you who sat through some of my first cold calls…but it became a space where I found both passion and purpose. I’ve loved helping people grow, supporting/implementing impactful programs, and bringing strategic ideas to life.

With life’s hardest pivots often come the biggest opportunities — and I’m stepping forward with excitement into my next chapter. I’m exploring new roles in program or project management, with a focus on creativity, events, implementation, and strategic planning.

To those who’ve reached out — thank you. Your support means everything, and it’s part of why I love this industry so much. I’m excited to continue expanding my network, learning, and contributing in new ways.

💡 And a quick PSA: If no one’s told you today, you’re doing great. Take a breath, give yourself some credit, and keep going.
