First RX CrossFit competition down in the books!! This was superrr challenging on so many levels but I am so so incredibly proud of us.

Could not have done any of this without my girl, Maggie!!! Forever thankful for how she pushes me and cheers me on always. She’s a beast. We had the sweetest friends and the best gym cheer us on all weekend!!

And I am always thanking the Lord for allowing me to move my body like this because at the end of the day all that matters is that we gave it our best and had the best time doing it. Well, maybe it didn’t feel so great until AFTER we were done but we DID IT !!! 🥹🕺🏋️‍♀️

Brazil!!! Oh, how I love you so!!! 🇧🇷🤍

I’ve tried to find the words to describe this trip, but there truly will never be enough to explain just how life changing it was. The way the Holy Spirit moved in our hearts and in the hearts of everyone we encountered was truly incredible. And it was nothing that we did, but everything that God did. His presence was so evident, and getting to witness Him work in so many lives is something I’ll never forget.

I encourage you, share the Gospel!! Tell the people around you about Jesus and how He has changed your life. You never know how God may use your willingness to share His love with someone else. 🤍

And to all of my Brazilian friends, I miss you SO much already!!! I can’t wait to see you all again next year!! Until then, PLEASE eat some chocolate pizza for me 😉🫶 by @rebeccakdavid

Houston hyrox 2026!!💚🌟

This weekend was amazing. Thanking the Lord for getting to move my body like this and experience moments like this!!
