not a gym photo by @rebeccamariepowell

Have to give a shoutout to one of my hardest working female clients @rebeccamariepowell who continues to improve every single week.

This transformation started back in January when Bec came to me wanting to reduce her weight. She knew it would take effort, consistency, and discipline which is everything she has put forward over the last few months.

Not only did we lose 40+ pounds but have also sustained gym performance, vacations, and the structured free meals to give a healthy sense of balance while losing body fat.

It’s not easy, but it’s simple and I am proud of you @rebeccamariepowell for constantly putting in the work.
