WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!
1st in open middleweight 🥇
1st in 35+ masters 🥇
1st in masters overall 🏆
The goal was set and executed—that’s my dawg!
I couldn’t have asked for a better first-time competitor. He’s a father, a brother, coaches his kids’ sports, and works a labor-intensive job. He is the definition of determination and dedication. He did absolutely everything asked of him.
Brother, I am incredibly grateful you came into my life and words can’t describe how proud I am of what we accomplished in just 20 weeks. Enjoy this victory—you earned every bit of it. Now, it’s time to GROW! 🫡💪

First, I’d like to say: win, lose, or draw, whatever the outcome is next saturday, this man has made me beyond proud every single step of the way. People see the stage, but they don’t see the months of sacrifice, the dark mornings, and the absolute war you have to wage against your own mind during a prep. 🏆
Thank you for putting your ultimate faith in me as your coach. It’s an honor I don’t take lightly. But through the sweat, the struggles, and the victories, we became much more than just coach and client—we are now brothers in iron and brothers for life.
I love you, dawg. The hard work is officially done. Now let’s go step on that stage and get some MF hardware! 🥇💪🔥 by @middy_mcmids

11 DAYS OUT ⏳

This will be the last physique update I share until the show day package.

This prep has taught me more about myself than I ever expected. I’ve learned what real discipline looks like, how to keep showing up when the motivation isn’t there, how much the smallest details matter, and just how far I’m willing to push myself when I have a goal in front of me.

It hasn’t been perfect. There have been highs, lows, doubts, mistakes, adjustments and plenty of days where I had to remind myself why I started. But every one of those days brought me here.

Now there’s 11 days left to refine this look, tighten up the details, practice the posing and bring the best version of myself possible to that stage.

I’m beyond excited to finally put all of this work to use on October 3rd. No more physique updates. The next time you see it, it’ll be under the lights.

11 days. Finish the job. 🏆 by @middy_mcmids
