Let go of the breath you’re holding onto…. Being guided by nature is always the reminder I need. Stop the pushing, the forcing, the holding on, the trying to be something or someone you’re not….. and simply let ourselves be. Katherine May sets her book Wintering from October - March and I feel a little delight in the shift of weather as a chance to allow the shifts that are occurring within me to move through me. Bending rather than breaking. 🍁🍃✨ #sacredseasons #intimatemusings #wintering #samhain by @rebeccareaney

MABON 🍂 What a joyful, warm and invigorating morning of movement, connection and discovery. Our MABON workshop was bursting with expression as we came together to celebrate the Autumn Equinox — welcoming new members into our ever-evolving Lightwork Space family and reconnecting with familiar faces. This is what The Lightwork Space is about. No ego. No competition. Just expression.
Vulnerability.
Connection.
And the courage to play, improvise and explore. A space to move without judgement.
To listen to the body.
To take risks.
To laugh.
To let go.
To discover something new — about our movement and about ourselves. Thank you to everyone who stepped into the space with such generosity, openness and trust. You made MABON feel alive. We continue to grow, evolve and welcome anyone curious enough to step through the door. Yield. Flow. Release. Connect. The Lightwork Space ✨ Thank you @siobhandaviesstudios for the safest of spaces. Turn chaos into calm with The Lightwork Space. 📣 Three little words, so much story! …and only a few tickets left! Direct from its critically acclaimed world premiere in Los Angeles, @dana.gartland (Fierce Artist Nominee) brings 💡 Tommy Cooper’s Fez, a break-your-heart, build-you-back-up-again, laugh-out-loud comedy, full of best intentions and terrible odds, to The Other Palace in London on 2 September. After a billion bad business ideas (not all illegal), Dad finally has “The Big One”. But time has other plans. Tommy Cooper’s Fez charts the journey of a dry-witted, overworked 7-year-old, stumbling through 80’s life in Leicester, with her emotionally fractured, yet eternally optimistic dad, one stolen good at a time. 💡 Tommy Cooper’s Fez 🎪 The Other Palace Theatre 📆 2 September 🎟 Tickets from £26 👉 Link in Bio - Produced by Meg Dudley @meginnola and Dana Gartland Writer: Dana Gartland @dana.gartland Director: Rebecca Reaney @rebeccareaney Creative Consultant: Peter Bramley @planetbramley Sound Design: Paul Cartlich @cartlich #play #theatreplay #comedy #comedynight #comedyshow taken in The Other Palace by @rebeccareaney

Hello August with your golden rays and solar eclipses.... ☀️✨💛 Can you feel the shift? Like upgrading or up leveling from the outdated version of yourself and stepping into that Leo energy of courage, creativity and power. Tonight’s New Moon Solar Eclipse is a portal for change. Doesn’t feel like a calm quiet invitation to change but more of a ‘shake and wake you up - what are you waiting for?’ option for change! Here’s my journal prompt for tonight’s New Moon.... Write 8 endings to... “Wouldn’t it be wild if...” Let’s get imaginative! 💛✨🌞 Thank you @iambrillyant for your beautiful words on August. #solareclipse #sacredseasons #intimatemusings #leonewmoon #lunarliving by @rebeccareaney

She had me at the cover of her book before I realized it was @lauralynnejackson author of SIGNS… Her books read as an inspiring reminder that we are never alone in this world and that there is indeed magic all around…. We just need to wake up and see it! #intimatemusings #sacredseasons #huntermountain #guided #bigmagic by @rebeccareaney
