My go-to skincare grabs for a weekend trip!

⛅️ AM Routine:
• Cleanse: ZO Gentle Cleanser
• Hydrate: Rhode Glazing Milk, Peptide Serum & Barrier Cream (or ZO Daily Power Defense)
• Protect: EltaMD Tinted UV Clear Sunscreen (a must!!)

🌙 PM Routine:
• Double Cleanse: Bioderma Micellar Water, then ZO Cleanser
• “Sandwich:” Rhode Glazing Milk, then Tretinoin (pea-sized amount on face & neck)
• Hydrate: Rhode Peptide Serum & Barrier Cream

✨Boosts: ZO Exfoliating Polish & Complexion Renewal Pads (2-3x/week) + Medicube Collagen Mask (1-2x/week). All of these give a nice glow!

Pro Tip: Incorporate one product at a time and be patient — it can take 8 weeks to begin seeing results.

Happy PA week!!! Here are some throwbacks from my PA school journey. I’ll always cherish the period where I grew from an excited, nervous student into a confident provider. My professors, classmates, preceptors, and patients that I encountered helped shape me into the person I am today. I think we often look at the end goal and forget to appreciate the journey.
